3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to time slot availability.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to wait or reschedule based on availability.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, priority for future appointments may be impacted.
